The British Asian audience love Amitabh-Akshay flick!
Bollywood is performing strongly at the British box office at the moment. The family drama Waqt (starring Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra) is leading the race and continues to receive fantastic collections during its second week of release. Following a strong second weekend collection of £149,054, the film has made a total of £452,197 so far, making it a massive hit amongst the British Asian audience. It’s even out-performing Bollywood horror flick Kaal, which is not only a newer release, but also carried more hype!
